Job Summary
TheCapeBusinessDevelopmentConsultantisresponsiblefordrivingsustainablebusinessgrowthacross all channels of the insurance brokerage. This role focusses on strategic expansion customer acquisition and partnership development to increase market share and revenue.
Key Responsibilities
Strategic Growth Planning - Develop and execute growth strategies aligned with the companys vision and market opportunities
Market Development - Identify and pursue new markets customer segments and distribution channels
Sales & Marketing Leadership - Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to optimize campaigns lead generation and conversion strategies
Revenue growth - deliver revenue growth by exceeding agreed new business and revenue targets
Partnerships & Alliances - Build strategic relationships with insurers and other ecosystem players
Customer Experience & Retention - Lead initiatives to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty
Data-Driven Insights - Use analytics to monitor performance identify growth opportunities and refine strategies
Cross-Functional Collaboration - Align growth initiatives with operations finance compliance and technology teams
Maintain an accurate sales pipeline in the CRM
Qualifications
Qualifications
Bachelors degree in Business Marketing Finance or related field
7yearsofexperienceinbusinessdevelopmentsalesormarketingwithininsuranceorfinancialservices preferably in the corporate and upper mid-market sectors (relevant insurance qualification advantageous)
Proven track record of driving revenue and market expansion
RE 5 (Representative) and FAIS compliant
