Job Summary

Location: Cape Town (CBD)
Work model: Hybrid (1 day from home) with general flexibility
Salary: R60 000 - R80 000 CTC

Our client is a luxury adventure travel company offering exclusive once-in-a-lifetime expeditions to some of the worlds most remote destinations. Theyre growing fast and looking for a Marketing Manager to help shape and deliver the marketing strategy for one of their standout brands. What the job involves

  • Translating commercial objectives and brand direction into effective integrated marketing campaigns
  • Owning marketing planning and delivery across paid media email/CRM website and social
  • Leading content planning and overseeing production of video editorial social and website assets
  • Managing and optimising the brands website to improve enquiry flow and conversion
  • Supporting the sales team with collateral campaign materials and trade-facing communications
  • Overseeing paid media execution and budget allocation alongside the Digital Lead
  • Building relationships with journalists editors and media partners and managing PR agency output
  • Identifying and executing brand partnerships aligned with the brands positioning and audience
  • Monitoring campaign and channel performance and reporting on insights for ongoing optimisation
  • Building scalable marketing systems and processes to support long-term growth

What you need to be considered

  • 5-7 years marketing experience ideally within luxury travel hospitality or a premium lifestyle brand
  • Proven track record managing integrated campaigns end-to-end from planning through to reporting
  • Experience managing agencies and working cross-functionally
  • A track record of producing content that resonates with high-net-worth audiences
  • Comfortable operating with autonomy in a lean fast-moving team

Bonus points if you

  • Have worked with high-end or aspirational travel adventure or hospitality brands before
  • Have experience managing PR agencies and media relationships
  • Have a genuine passion for travel adventure and exploring remote destinations
