Our client is looking for an Analyst/Associate to join their team! You would be tasked with assisting senior investment bankers with global advisory services including M&A strategy and financing solutions for clients. This role involves supporting transaction management financial modelling valuations and research. Youll coordinate transactions prepare pitch books and support senior colleagues in delivering tailored financial advice.
Requirements
- Post-graduate qualification (e.g. BBusSci BAccSci Hons HDipAcc BSc Hons BCom Hons MBA etc.)
- 4 years MINIMUM experience working in a corporate finance environment
- Strong financial literacy modelling capability valuations and numerical skills
- Ability to manage projects and build effective professional relationships
