We are looking for an experienced Senior Actuarial Consultant to strengthen our consulting team supporting German life insurance clients. This is a customer-facing role that combines actuarial expertise with consulting and project work.

• Act as a trusted advisor for our insurance customers primarily in the German market.
• Analyze actuarial and business requirements related to life insurance products and processes.
• Support customers during implementation and optimization projects.
• Collaborate with Actuaries Business Analysts Product Managers and Software Consultants to design effective solutions.
• Participate in customer workshops requirement analysis and solution design.
• Translate regulatory and actuarial requirements into functional specifications.
• Support testing validation and customer acceptance activities.
• Build long-term relationships with customers and provide professional consulting throughout project lifecycles.

• Several years of professional experience in the insurance industry ideally in an actuarial or actuarial consulting role.
• Strong understanding of life insurance products actuarial calculations and insurance processes.
• Experience working directly with customers and stakeholders.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to explain complex actuarial topics to both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Independent structured and customer-oriented working style.
• Willingness to travel occasionally to customer sites when required.

• German: Professional proficiency (required)
• Slovenian: Native or fluent proficiency (required)
• English: Good working proficiency
