Make an Impact by:
- Responsible in design and build of SD-WAN service infrastructure.
- Perform new technologies market scan and technical evaluation via Proof-of-Concept.
- Support Proof-of-Value to customer.
- Assist in L3/L4 support escalations for platform and software issues.
- Responsible in service product lifecycle management (EOL/EOS releases upgrades).
- Responsible in new feature development and platform enhancements.
- Responsible in technical planning network/security engineering and project management/coordination.
- Responsible in defining Day 1 & 2 technical scope of work.
- Work closely with Product Pre-Sales Fulfilment and Support teams.
Skills for Success:
- Bachelor in Computer Science/IT Technology/Computer Engineering/Electrical & Electronics Engineering.
- 6-8 years of experience in Enterprise/System Integrator/Telco Environment.
- CCNP or equivalent.
- Strong fundamentals in TCP/IP routing and network/security concepts.
- Basic knowledge in Linux virtualization and cloud platforms.
- Good writing and communications skills.
