Job Description:

Job Responsibilities

• Receipt of clinical trial/commercial drugs and clinical trial/commercial supplies in accordance with procedures.

• Generation of shipping documentation upon receipt of study requests.

• Create inventory pick list within warehouse inventory Management system.

• Physical pick of drug supplies (including lab kits) from within the warehouse.

• Inspection of drug supplies picked for shipment by other associates.

• Preparation of shipment export documentation.

• Processing of shipment acknowledgment receipts.

• Performing JIT labelling and batch record labelling according to cGMP standards.

• Filing of study shipment documentation and archiving support.

• Post shipment notification to clients.

• Stock control including periodic cycle counts.

• Generation of purchase orders and other administrative tasks.

• Assist with other ad-hoc tasks assigned by line manager.

Job Requirements

• Possess a Diploma in Logistics/Supply Chain or related fields

• Ability to work independently & under pressure in a fast-paced and dynamic environment

• Demonstrate good command of English and ability to communicate well with all levels

• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (in particular Excel)

• Warehouse experience preferably in a pharmaceutical setting is an advantage. Able to work in cold-room conditions (28C) for brief periods to perform picking packing and labelling tasks.

• Prior experience in clinical trial pharmaceutical or healthcare logistics will be advantageous
