Job Summary

Responsibilities

  • Support the Energy Manager in managing day-to-day energy-related matters
  • Analyse design and implement energy-efficient solutions to reduce energy consumption and costacross facilities
  • Analyse utility reading identify trends anomalies and opportunities for energy savings
  • Develop energy management plans and prepare energy reports
  • Ensure engineering practices comply with environmental laws safety regulations and SingaporeStandards
  • Drive operational effectiveness by regularly reviewing SOPs work processes and systemtechnologies
  • Plan and manage Preventive Planned Maintenance (PPM) schedules
  • Manage AHU/FCU/Chiller PPM and corrective works to technicians and/or subcontractors
  • Coordinate maintenance activities to align with users requirement
  • Ensure manpower tools materials permits and access approvals are in place prior to execution
  • Supervise AHU/FCU/Chiller works carried out by technicians and contractors
  • Ensure works comply with approved Safe Work Procedure Method Statements and RiskAssessments
  • Conduct post work inspections and verify quality and reinstatement
  • Provide technical guidance for AHU/FCU/Chiller fault diagnosis and rectification
  • Support root cause analysis for FCU/AHU/Chiller failures and recommend improvement actions
  • Monitor AHU/FCU/Chiller performance trends and reliability across the sites.

Requirements

  • Degree/Diploma in Mechanical Engineering Electrical Engineering Chemical Engineering orBuilding Services Engineering
  • At least 2 years of relevant experience in HVAC/ACMV system facilities management buildingservices or engineering operations within large commercial establishments
  • Possess Singapore Certified Energy Manager (SCEM) or Green Mark Accredited Professional(GMAP) certification will be added advantage
  • Experience in energy management BMS systems control engineering facilities engineering orrelated project work is preferred
  • Detail-oriented with strong customer service mindset
  • Strong organisational multi-tasking and time-management skills
