Where Youll Make a Difference

• Catalogue and organize existing digital files into a clear and logical structure within Teams / SharePoint
• Apply consistent naming conventions tagging and folder structures to enhance file clarity and usability
• Support the development of intuitive navigation systems (e.g. folders libraries metadata) to improve searchability
• Assist in standardizing file management practices to ensure consistency across the workspace
• Create and document basic guidelines (e.g. naming conventions folder structures) for team reference
• Review and clean up outdated or redundant files to maintain an up-to-date repository
• Collaborate with the project lead to continuously improve digital organization practices

What Makes You the Right Fit

• Current Year 1 or Year 2 undergraduate (any discipline; Business IT or related fields preferred)
• Strong attention to detail with the ability to manage and organize structured information
• Proficiency in Microsoft Teams SharePoint Excel or similar digital platforms
• Able to follow guidance while working independently in a reliable and disciplined manner
• Organized proactive and willing to learn with good communication skills

How Would You Stand Out

• Familiarity with SharePoint libraries metadata tagging or document management systems
• Interest in digital transformation knowledge management or process improvement
• Ability to suggest simple practical improvements to enhance user experience
