A Day in the Life

Responsibilities may include the following and other duties may be assigned.

• Supports the design and execution of data analytics solutions that enhance riskbased audits SOX activities and advisory engagements.

• Develops and executes data queries data transformations and analytical models using tools such as SQL Python Excel Power BI Alteryx or Power Platform.

• Collaborates with audit teams and business partners to understand data requirements and translate business questions into analytical approaches.

• Creates dashboards visualizations and reporting solutions that clearly communicate insights to both technical and nontechnical stakeholders.

• Ensures appropriate documentation is maintained for analytics projects including objectives data sources data models methodologies and testing results in accordance with department standards.

• Works with large enterprise datasets and evaluates data quality to support reliable analysis and conclusions.

• Manages multiple assignments simultaneously in an organized and structured manner while tracking tasks and escalating risks or issues when appropriate.

• Builds collaborative relationships across the Global Audit Department and with crossfunctional partners including IT data teams and business stakeholders.

• Demonstrates a commitment to continuous learning and development in data analytics audit analytics and emerging technologies.

Required Knowledge and Experience:

• Bachelors degree or Masters degree preferably in a STEM discipline (Science Technology Engineering Mathematics).

• 2 years of experience in Audit (e.g. Big 4 or similar) Internal Audit Accounting Finance or another analytical role.

• Experience with data analysis reporting or analytics tools such as Excel Power BI Alteryx or similar technologies.

• Foundational programming experience using tools or languages such as SQL or Python to support data analysis automation or data extraction.

• Basic understanding of data mining data transformation and data modeling concepts.

• Familiarity with enterprise systems such as SAP or other large ERP platforms.

• Basic understanding of Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) methodologies such as Agile or Waterfall.

• Familiarity with version control tools (e.g. Git) and collaborative development practices.

• Exposure to AIassisted analytics or coding tools such as Copilot ChatGPT or similar technologies.

• Strong problemsolving skills and the ability to communicate insights clearly across technical and nontechnical audiences.
