Job Summary
This is a remote position.
We are looking for a Zoho Creator & ERP Implementation Specialist who will be responsible for designing developing and integrating Zoho applications into our clients operational workflows. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience with Zoho Creator Zoho Books Zoho Inventory Zoho Flow and Zoho Analytics and the ability to translate real-world business processes into automated systems.
Youll play a key role in implementing end-to-end ERP systems for clients across manufacturing sales logistics and finance ensuring seamless data flow and measurable business outcomes.
Requirements
Key Responsibilities
Design develop and deploy custom Zoho Creator applications (forms workflows Deluge scripts).
Integrate Zoho Books Zoho Inventory Zoho CRM Zoho Flow and Zoho Analytics to create unified business systems.
Automate workflows such as order capture invoicing inventory control and payroll reporting.
Map client business processes (e.g. sales order creation purchasing warehouse tracking) into functional system modules.
Build custom reports and dashboards using Zoho Analytics to track KPIs like sales DSO and stock accuracy.
Configure approval workflows and role-based access controls within Zoho apps.
Manage API integrations with third-party systems (e.g. Salla SPL Aramex Naqel ZATCA e-invoicing).
Conduct testing UAT and user training sessions.
Prepare technical documentation SOPs and deployment guides.
Provide post-implementation support and continuous optimization.
Required Skills & Experience
Minimum 3 years of experience with Zoho Creator and the Zoho One suite.
Strong command of Deluge scripting and Zoho APIs.
Proven experience integrating multiple Zoho apps (Books Inventory CRM Flow Analytics).
Good understanding of accounting principles and ERP workflows (Sales Purchase Inventory Payroll).
Experience working with Saudi businesses or knowledge of ZATCA e-invoicing is a plus.
Familiarity with custom app development webhooks and API-based automation.
Excellent problem-solving analytical and communication skills.
Ability to translate non-technical business requirements into system workflows.
Preferred Qualifications
Certification in Zoho Creator Developer or Zoho One Implementation.
Prior experience implementing ERP solutions in FMCG distribution or manufacturing sectors.
Exposure to low-code / no-code platforms and integration tools (Zapier n8n etc.).
