INTECH Automation Intelligence is seeking a skilled Site Engineering Manager / Construction Manager with 10 years of experience in overseeing site engineering and construction activities particularly in the installation and commissioning of control systems and DCS/PLC/SCADA packages instrumentation packages structural steel and field instrumentation. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring that all site activities are conducted efficiently safely and within the project schedule while adhering to industry standards and best practices.

What Youll Lead and Deliver:

  • Oversee all site engineering and construction activities ensuring they are executed according to project specifications schedules and quality standards.
  • Identify and resolve engineering issues by collecting and analyzing data researching problems adapting engineering techniques and recommending effective solutions.
  • Prepare and review technical drawings schematics and diagrams ensuring accuracy and compliance with project requirements.
  • Maintain project team accomplishments by facilitating communication coordinating actions obtaining expert input and reviewing open issues and action items.
  • Contribute to team meetings and reports providing updates on project status identifying risks and escalating impediments to project completion.
  • Ensure all site activities are conducted in accordance with safety regulations and standards promoting a culture of safety among all site personnel.
  • Implement quality control measures to ensure that all installations and commissioning activities meet required standards and specifications.
  • Plan and manage site resources including labor materials and equipment to ensure efficient project execution.
  • Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress quality of work and compliance with design specifications and safety regulations.
  • Act as a primary point of contact for clients and stakeholders on-site addressing any concerns or questions regarding project progress and engineering solutions.

Requirements:

To Be Successful in This Role You Must Have:

  • Bachelors degree in engineering (Electrical Mechanical Civil or a related field).
  • 10 years of experience in site engineering and construction management with specific expertise in control systems DCS/PLC/SCADA panels ESD/SIS systems and instrumentation packages.
  • Proven experience working on projects for Saudi Aramco or similar large-scale industrial projects.
  • Strong knowledge of industry standards construction practices and safety regulations.
  • Expertise in engineering principles related to control systems DCS/PLC/SCADA architectures and instrumentation packages.
  • Experience in managing site activities including scheduling resource allocation and progress tracking.
  • Ability to prepare review and modify engineering drawings schematics and technical documentation.
  • Demonstrated experience managing site engineering and construction activities for large-scale EPC projects with a focus on control systems automation and instrumentation installations.
  • Experience working in a fast-paced environment ensuring compliance with quality safety and schedule requirements.
  • Familiarity with Saudi Aramcos project standards and requirements is highly desirable.
  • Strong analytical skills to identify engineering challenges and implement effective solutions.
