We are seeking a highly capable Senior Program Controls Analyst to support expanding aviation defense and international services programs throughout the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
This position serves as a key member of the S3 Arabia Program Management Office (PMO) partnering with executive leadership program managers finance contracts and operations teams to manage budgets billing accuracy labor cost performance forecasting contract compliance and executive reporting across multiple programs.
This is a high-visibility overseas role supporting mission-critical operations and continued program growth across the Kingdom.
Qualifications:
Bachelors degree in Finance Accounting Business or related field (may be waived with significant relevant experience).
Minimum 5 years of experience in program controls finance pricing contracts or government contracting support.
Strong working knowledge of FAR / DFARS and government contract cost principles.
Experience supporting cost-reimbursable fixed-price or labor-based service contracts.
Strong Microsoft Excel skills including forecasting and financial modeling.
Experience with Deltek Costpoint or similar ERP systems.
Strong communication skills (oral and written).
Ability to brief senior leadership and work cross-functionally.
U.S. Passport required.
Medical Examination: Candidates must successfully complete all mandatory medical examinations required to obtain employment.
Criminal Record: To qualify for a Saudi Work Visa candidates must have a clean criminal record with no prior convictions as specified by the Saudi Ministry of Foreign Affairs.
Drug and Alcohol Testing: Candidates must pass a drug test to be considered for employment. Additionally our ATSS program enforces a random drug and alcohol testing policy. Employees will be subject to periodic testing to maintain adherence to our workplace standards and safety regulations.
Compliance with Saudi Labor Law: All employment terms and conditions will be in accordance with Saudi Labor Law. Candidates must be prepared to adhere to these regulations throughout their employment.
