Summary:
The Operations Supervisor plays a pivotal role in ensuring the seamless execution of daily operations across warehouse production and administrative functions. This position is critical to maintaining efficiency quality and compliance across departments while supporting business growth through effective coordination reporting and client engagement. The ideal candidate will be a proactive detail-oriented professional with a strong background in operations management within the Saudi Arabia or GCC region capable of managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:
- Supervise daily operations warehouse activities and production workflows
- Coordinate cross-departmental activities to ensure operational continuity
- Manage stock incoming materials and maintain accurate inventory records
- Monitor production processes in alignment with approved drawings and quality standards
- Prepare quotations invoices cost estimates and operational reports
- Follow up with customers and nurture strong client relationships
- Support business development initiatives and identify new growth opportunities
- Handle administrative tasks office coordination and documentation
- Generate daily weekly and monthly reports using Microsoft Excel
- Monitor petty cash expenses receipts and payment records
- Coordinate with suppliers for material procurement and delivery schedules
- Assist with site supervision and factory coordination as needed
- Update company social media pages and promotional materials
- Ensure adherence to operational procedures and company standards
- Support management with reporting planning and process improvement initiatives
Requirements
Requirements:
- Proven experience as an Operations Supervisor Warehouse Supervisor or Operations Coordinator
- Solid understanding of warehouse operations logistics and inventory management
- Excellent communication and coordination abilities across teams and stakeholders
- Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently in a dynamic environment
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and operational reporting systems
- Basic understanding of technical drawings and production specifications
- Experience in factory operations or site supervision is advantageous
- Fluent in English Arabic and Hindi (written and verbal)
- Familiarity with the Saudi market particularly Jeddah
- Strong problem-solving skills and meticulous attention to detail
- Professional demeanor and a proactive self-driven attitude with a willingness to learn
Required Skills:
Minimum 8 years of experience in HVAC engineering Strong knowledge of technical engineering estimation and operational works Hands-on experience with: VRF Systems Chilled Water Systems Good understanding of HVAC project execution and site coordination Strong problem-solving and communication skills Ability to work independently and handle multiple responsibilities Candidates available for immediate joining will be preferred
