Summary:
The Civil Site Engineer is a critical role within our expanding team responsible for overseeing day-to-day civil construction activities for long-term telecom infrastructure projects across the Kingdom. This position demands hands-on expertise in telecom tower civil works with a strong focus on safety quality and timely project delivery. The engineer will lead site operations supervise construction teams and ensure all activities align with approved drawings technical specifications and industry standards. The role requires independent decision-making effective coordination with stakeholders and a commitment to maintaining high performance in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:
- Supervise and manage telecom tower civil construction activities at site
- Ensure all work is carried out according to approved drawings and project specifications
- Coordinate daily site activities including manpower materials and equipment
- Monitor excavation steel fixing formwork shuttering and concrete pouring activities
- Ensure tower foundation works are completed safely and accurately
- Maintain quality standards and project timelines throughout the construction process
- Support and guide site teams to achieve smooth project execution
- Follow all safety procedures client requirements and company policies
- Prepare daily site reports and coordinate with project management teams
- Resolve site-related issues and ensure uninterrupted workflow
Requirements
Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years of experience in telecom tower civil works
- Solid knowledge of telecom tower foundation and structural activities
- Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and technical documents
- Proven experience supervising construction teams and managing site operations
- Strong understanding of excavation reinforcement shuttering concrete works and tower foundations
- Familiarity with telecom safety standards and quality control procedures
- Good communication skills in English
- Experience with Nokia telecom tower projects is an added advantage
- Ability to work independently and thrive in a fast-paced project environment
Required Skills:
Minimum 8 years of experience in HVAC engineering Strong knowledge of technical engineering estimation and operational works Hands-on experience with: VRF Systems Chilled Water Systems Good understanding of HVAC project execution and site coordination Strong problem-solving and communication skills Ability to work independently and handle multiple responsibilities Candidates available for immediate joining will be preferred
