Job Summary
Summary: The AWP Engineer role is a critical position within a major industrial project in Saudi Arabia requiring an experienced professional with proven expertise in Advanced Work Packaging (AWP) within large-scale EPC and Oil & Gas environments. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience on Saudi Aramco and HYUNDAI projects with a strong understanding of project execution processes and the ability to coordinate across engineering procurement construction and planning teams. This role ensures seamless workflow site readiness and timely project delivery by preparing and managing work packages monitoring progress and resolving site issues. Responsibilities:
- Prepare and manage work packages for efficient project execution
- Coordinate with engineering procurement construction and planning teams to ensure workflow continuity and site readiness
- Support construction planning and execution activities
- Monitor project progress and proactively resolve site-related issues
- Ensure all project activities comply with schedules and client requirements
- Maintain accurate documentation and reporting throughout the project lifecycle
Requirements
Requirements:
- Bachelors Degree in Mechanical Engineering Civil Engineering or a related field
- Proven hands-on experience working on Saudi Aramco projects
- Mandatory previous experience on HYUNDAI projects
- Solid understanding of Advanced Work Packaging (AWP) processes and project execution methodologies
- Demonstrated ability to coordinate across multidisciplinary project teams
- Strong communication reporting and organizational skills
- Experience working in fast-paced industrial and construction project environments
- Immediate availability for joining is highly preferred
- Experience in Oil & Gas Petrochemical Refinery or EPC projects is advantageous
- GCC project experience is preferred
Required Skills:
Minimum 8 years of experience in HVAC engineering Strong knowledge of technical engineering estimation and operational works Hands-on experience with: VRF Systems Chilled Water Systems Good understanding of HVAC project execution and site coordination Strong problem-solving and communication skills Ability to work independently and handle multiple responsibilities Candidates available for immediate joining will be preferred
