Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Human Resources Manager to lead and drive our HR strategy support business growth and enhance organizational performance through effective people management practices.


Key Responsibilities:

Develop and execute HR strategies aligned with company objectives and operational plans.

Lead all HR functions including Talent Acquisition Employee Relations Performance Management Learning & Development Compensation & Benefits and HR Operations.

Oversee end-to-end recruitment processes and workforce planning initiatives.

Develop and implement HR policies procedures and governance frameworks.

Ensure compliance with Saudi Labor Law and relevant government regulations.

Manage performance management systems succession planning and talent development programs.

Lead employee engagement retention and organizational culture initiatives.

Provide HR guidance and support to department managers on employee-related matters.

Oversee investigations disciplinary actions and employee grievances.

Monitor HR KPIs and prepare analytical reports for executive management.

Lead organizational development and change management initiatives.

Manage HR budgets and optimize workforce resources.

Lead and develop the HR team to achieve operational excellence.



Requirements

Bachelors degree in Human Resources Business Administration or a related field.

710 years of progressive HR experience.

Minimum 3 years in a managerial or leadership role.

Strong knowledge of Saudi Labor Law and HR best practices.

Professional certifications such as CIPD SHRM PHRi or equivalent are highly preferred.

Strong leadership communication analytical and stakeholder management skills.
