Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement financial strategies forecasts and budgets to support business growth. - Prepare and present financial reports statements and analyses to senior management and stakeholders. - Identify and mitigate financial risks ensuring compliance with financial regulations and laws. - Manage cash flow liquidity and investments to ensure financial stability. -:Lead and supervise finance teams providing guidance and training. - Provide financial insights and recommendations to support business decisions.
Requirements
- Bachelors degree in Business Finance or a related field
- Min 5 years of experience in financial services preferably in a management role
- Strong leadership and management skills
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to work independently and make strategic decisions
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Experience with financial planning and analysis
- Previous experience in top-tier consulting firms or Big 4 is a plus (McKinsey BCG OW Bain Alvarez & Marsal Arthur)
