As a Senior in the Data & Analytics practice in Riyadh the Finance SME will support leading organizations in the Middle East in transforming their finance functions to become more data-driven technology-enabled and strategically aligned with business objectives.
The role works at the intersection of strategy finance and technology helping CFO organizations modernize their operating models unlock value through AI-enabled finance capabilities and improve financial performance through data-driven decision-making. Responsibilities:
Design and implement Finance strategies and Target Operating Models for the CFO organization covering governance processes and enabling technologies.
Act as a bridge between finance stakeholders and data/technology teams to identify design and co-develop AI-enabled finance capabilities such as generative AI machine learning and intelligent automation that enhance decision-making and automate finance processes.
Lead cross-functional transformation initiatives at the intersection of finance business and technology within complex transformation programs.
Redesign planning forecasting and performance steering processes using advanced analytics and modern management reporting frameworks.
Support the implementation of regulatory and IFRS requirements while improving accounting and closing processes through automation and digital tools.
Design and implement modern treasury management capabilities and solutions.
Lead large-scale Finance Transformation Programs driving the execution of finance operating model transformations digital finance platforms and data-driven finance capabilities.
Support finance integration and operating model alignment in merger and acquisition scenarios.
Support business development and client engagement by developing new client opportunities contributing to proposal development and client presentations and building trusted relationships with senior client stakeholders to expand the firms Finance and AI transformation footprint in the region.
Requirements
Skills & Experience
Several years of practical consulting or industry experience in Finance and transformation initiatives.
Experience in leading workstreams or sub-projects within complex transformation programs.
Strong understanding of Finance processes Management Accounting and performance steering frameworks.
Strong understanding of AI-driven finance transformation including how AI automation and advanced analytics can enhance finance processes and decision-making.
Experience working in agile transformation environments with familiarity in frameworks such as SAFe in large transformation initiatives.
Proven ability to operate across all organizational levels and engage effectively with senior stakeholders including CFOs finance leadership teams and executive sponsors.
Exposure to modern finance technology landscapes such as ERP systems including Oracle or SAP S/4HANA consolidation reporting or treasury platforms is considered a plus.
Strong analytical problem-solving and structured communication skills.
Excellent presentation and facilitation capabilities.
Experience in leading project teams or workstreams including mentoring and developing junior team members within complex transformation programs.
Qualifications
Outstanding academic degree Bachelors or Masters in Business Finance Economics Engineering or Information Technology.
Fluency in English is required.
Arabic language skills are advantageous.

Required Skills and Qualifications Proven experience in business analysis including requirements elicitation and documentation. Strong process modeling skills particularly with BPMN. Expertise in use case documentation and translating business needs into structured technical requirements. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills with the ability to work cross-functionally. Solid understanding of software applications and their operational contexts. Demonstrated ability in designing validation frameworks and structured data templates. Familiarity with knowledge structuring techniques for AI and human collaboration. Experience in developing business logic complexity assessments and prioritization frameworks. Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team. Preferred Qualifications Bachelors or Masters degree in Business Analysis Computer Science Information Systems or a related field. Experience working with AI-driven test generation or machine learning projects. Prior involvement in learning teams or knowledge management initiatives.
