Overview

Ensure reliability accuracy and performance of Automatic Vehicle Monitoring systems supporting fleet operations and real-time passenger services.

Your role

• Monitor AVM/AVL systems including onboard units GPS tracking and central platforms.
• Ensure compliance with KPIs for accuracy uptime and real-time data availability.
• Analyze fleet data to support scheduling dispatching and operational efficiency.
• Coordinate integration with OCC/TCC and passenger information systems.
• Lead troubleshooting of system issues and ensure data integrity.
• Review contractor system upgrades and enhancements.

About you

• Degree in Telecommunications Electronics or IT.
• 10 years experience in AVL/AVM or ITS systems.
• Strong understanding of GPS tracking fleet management and real-time systems.
• Experience in transport operations control systems preferred.
