Job Summary
Support maintain administer and enhance the TIBCO 5.x integration platform ensuring high availability performance and operational stability across enterprise integrations. The role involves L2/L3 support incident resolution platform administration deployment monitoring and continuous improvement activities.

Key Responsibilities
- Support and maintain TIBCO BusinessWorks (BW) 5.x applications.
- Administer and troubleshoot TIBCO Administrator environments.
- Manage and support TIBCO EMS infrastructure and JMS messaging.
- Perform deployment configuration monitoring and performance tuning.
- Handle incident problem and change management activities.
- Conduct root cause analysis (RCA) and implement preventive actions.
- Support production releases and platform upgrades.
- Collaborate with development infrastructure and business teams.
- Ensure adherence to SLA and operational governance processes.
- Strong experience in TIBCO BusinessWorks 5.x.
- Hands-on experience with TIBCO Administrator.
- Expertise in TIBCO EMS.
- Strong knowledge of JMS messaging patterns.
- Experience in Unix/Linux environments.
- Knowledge of XML XSD SOAP REST services.
- Experience in troubleshooting production issues and performance tuning.
- Exposure to CI/CD and DevOps practices
- Exposure to Apache Camel Quarkus and Microservices Architecture.
- Experience with migration from TIBCO to Quarkus
- Strong client-facing communication skills.
- Ability to lead support teams and coordinate with stakeholders.
- Analytical problem-solving mindset.
- High customer orientation and quality focus.
- Ability to mentor junior engineers.
