Job Summary
Responsibilities:
- Oversee maintenance personnel and work performed by external suppliers/contractors; schedule allocate and supervise tasks.
- Conduct quality control inspections to ensure buildings are properly maintained and safety sanitary and cleanliness standards are upheld.
- Maintain direct communication with PM staff external personnel and contractors involved in building-related activities.
- Supervise working materials and equipment used manage electronic documents and prepare reports.
- Suggest modifications and improvements to existing standards policies and procedures.
- Participate in the implementation of approved policies and procedures; monitor work activities to ensure compliance with established policies and procedures.
- Oversee preventive maintenance and safety inspection programs for all facilities and equipment.
- Allocate utility consumption to tenants.
- Verify the application of the preventive maintenance plan by the FM contractor and ensure all activities are conducted professionally.
- Verify the results of equipment inspections.
- Ensure communication with tenants on technical issues through the employer-provided reporting platform.
- Manage work permits issued for the building and warranty notifications.
- Prepare case studies for repairs and improvement proposals.
- Assist in preparing various contracts requests for proposals and reports.
- Be available to address emergency maintenance issues; assist maintenance and property management staff with operational and maintenance issues during emergencies.
- Actively participate in the technical takeover and setting of technical and operational flows for the designated building/project (including projects taken over from AG).
- Conduct regular proactive inspections of all buildings to verify project activity quality and maintain buildings in the best condition.
- Continuously improve professional and specialized training.
- Perform other responsibilities assigned by the manager.
Qualifications :
Job requirements:
- Completed higher education in Engineering / Installations (preferred).
- Minimum of 3 years of experience technical maintenance of buildings / Facility management
- Good knowledge of the English language.
