Technical Business Analyst with French

• Elicits analyzes documents and manages business requirements translating stakeholder and customer needs into effective products services and system enhancements.
• Collaborates with stakeholders project teams and technical partners to define requirements propose efficient solutions and support the design development testing and maintenance of software applications.
• Contributes to successful project delivery by ensuring that business needs are clearly understood and addressed through practical and value-driven technical solutions.

Qualifications :

Key Requirements

• Experience in gathering analyzing and documenting business requirements.
• Ability to translate business needs into functional and technical solutions.
• Understanding of business processes systems and project lifecycles.
• Experience working with stakeholders business teams and IT teams.
• Knowledge of Agile Waterfall or hybrid delivery methodologies.

Skills & Competencies

• Requirements analysis and process mapping.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management.
• Ability to facilitate workshops and manage priorities.
• Understanding of system implementation testing and change management.
• Proficiency with tools such as Jira Visio.
• Strong SQL skills (Joins Aggregations Window functions etc)
• Medium knowledge on data warehousing patterns (snapshots PITs incremental loads CDC/delta detection)
• Ability to translate business requirements in technical specs
• General understanding on consumer and integration model (API flat files etc.)

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelors degree in Business IT Computer Science or related field.
• 3 years of experience as a Business Analyst or similar role.
• Knowledge of data analysis
• Experience in digital transformation or process improvement projects.
