More about this role

As a Customer Service Intern at Mondelēz International you will support the team in managing customer orders and ensuring a high level of service. You will work closely with Sales Supply Chain Logistics and Planning teams gaining insight into how our products reach customers and consumers.

Your responsibilities:

• Support the Customer Service team with daily activities and customer orders

• Cooperate with Sales Supply Chain Logistics and Planning teams to ensure smooth order fulfillment

• Support the resolution of customer queries and order-related issues

• Prepare reports and support data analysis

• Contribute to process improvements and team projects.

What were looking for:

• University student or recent graduate interested in Customer Service Supply Chain or a related area

• Good communication skills in English

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office especially Excel

• SAP knowledge is a plus

• Proactive attitude and willingness to learn

• Ability to work effectively in an international and collaborative environment.
