Surveyor

We are seeking qualified and detail-oriented Surveyors to join our team in Romania. In this role you will play a key part in measuring and mapping land boundary lines and construction sites to support infrastructure and engineering projects. You will utilize advanced surveying equipment and software to deliver precise geospatial data and report findings accurately to project managers and clients.

• Perform field surveys including topographic boundary construction layout and hydrographic measurements using total stations GPS/GNSS receivers and digital levels.
  

• Interpret and analyze blueprints maps legal documents and boundary descriptions.
  

• Process field survey data using CAD and GIS software (e.g. AutoCAD Civil 3D ArcGIS) to generate detailed maps charts and spatial reports.
  

• Establish precise reference points and markers to guide construction and land development teams.
  

• Ensure compliance with legal standards local land regulations and safety protocols on-site.
  

• Collaborate with civil engineers site managers architects and municipal authorities.
  

• Maintain calibrate and care for all surveying instruments and equipment.
  

• Education: Bachelors Degree or Diploma in Geodesy Civil Engineering Land Surveying Geomatics or a related field.
  

• Experience: Proven experience working as a Surveyor within construction land development or civil engineering projects.
  

• Certifications: Licensed/Certified Surveyor credentials in Romania (Authorized by ANCPI or equivalent professional body) is highly desirable.
  

• Proficiency with modern surveying equipment (Leica Trimble Topcon total stations and GNSS systems).
  

• Strong technical skills in AutoCAD Leica Geo Office Civil 3D or similar drafting and mapping software.
  

• Ability to read interpret and work with complex engineering plans and technical drawings.
  

• Strong problem-solving abilities and high numerical accuracy.
  

• Valid Drivers License (Required for site travel across Romania).
  

• Professional fluency in Romanian; working knowledge of English is an added advantage.
