What youll do

• Partner with Recruiters to understand role requirements and translate them into effective sourcing strategies and search strings

• Proactively identify engage and build relationships with passive candidates across LinkedIn niche communities and other channels

• Build and maintain talent pipelines and talent maps for current and anticipated future hiring needs

• Write compelling personalised outreach that gets responses from hard-to-reach candidates

• Conduct initial candidate screening to assess interest availability and basic fit before handing over to the Recruiter

• Keep our ATS clean and up to date tracking sourcing activity response rates and pipeline health

• Continuously test and refine sourcing channels messaging and Boolean search techniques to improve efficiency

• Stay close to market trends talent pools and competitor movements across the regions we hire in

What you need to have

• 1 years of experience in sourcing recruiting or a related talent acquisition role (junior candidates with strong sourcing potential are also encouraged to apply)

• Hands-on experience with LinkedIn Recruiter or similar sourcing tools and a genuine curiosity for finding talent in non-obvious places

• Strong written communication skills - you know how to write outreach that gets opened and answered

• Highly organised with the discipline to manage multiple searches and pipelines at once

• Comfortable working at pace in a fast-moving high-velocity environment

• Fluent in English; additional languages relevant to our hiring markets are a plus
