Solution Expert MMS HO Master Data Article

How will you make an impact  

We are seeking a highly skilled communicative and structured Solution Expert to oversee and continuously enhance MMS HO / Master Data Article a key component of our core Goods Management landscape. This solution supports the definition and maintenance of article master data including attribute enrichment and the management of relationships between articles with downstream impact on business processes such as ordering replenishment and stock management.

As a Solution Expert you will bridge business and technology by translating business needs into scalable reliable and user-focused solutions. The role combines service ownership stakeholder communication continuous improvement and support for strategic decision-making to ensure high-performing and compliant solutions.
You will collaborate closely with business stakeholders and engineering teams to define and refine requirements support implementation and integration activities drive continuous improvement and operational excellence maintain documentation and knowledge sharing and contribute to product roadmaps.
 

Key Responsibilities

• Translate business needs into functional designs and actionable tasks.
• Design configure and optimize solutions aligned with architecture and best practices.
• Conduct user research testing and analysis to enhance user experience and performance.
• Drive continuous improvement with a focus on scalability reliability and efficiency.
• Support strategic decision-making processes.
• Define prioritize and refine requirements for new features and improvements.
• Collaborate with the engineering team to support implementation integration testing and issue resolution.
• Ensure compliance with business processes governance and standards.
• Manage stakeholders and ensure clear communication across teams.
• Maintain documentation workflows and integration diagrams ensuring knowledge transfer across teams.
• Provide training guidance consultancy to users and internal teams.
• Stay current on product developments technology trends and market insights.
• Contribute to product and solution roadmaps.

Qualifications :

Required key competencies and qualifications: 

• Strong knowledge and experience in article master data (5 years) - preferably ERP.
• Ability to translate complex business needs into structured actionable solutions. 
• Ability to identify root causes evaluate alternatives and implement effective solutions.
• Effectively manages expectations and builds strong relationships across diverse stakeholders.
• Identifies opportunities for innovation and continuous improvement.
• Uses data user insights and performance metrics to guide decisions.
• Experience with Oracle databases PL/SQL and Oracle Forms.
• Very good fluency in English (written and verbal).
• Curious self-motivated willingness to learn and enthusiastic.
• Analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to respect deadlines and prioritize a busy workload.
• Familiarity with Agile frameworks (Scrum/Kanban) and incident/change management tools (e.g. JIRA ServiceNow).
