Software Project Leader – Steering Wheel Systems (FM)

Responsibilities

• Planning and coordination of SW Development activities for the whole project duration

• Management of customer expectations and changes

• Facilitate the correct interpretation of Customer and System Requirements

• Ensure compliance with Automotive standards (including proper execution of defined processes) and support audits and assessments

• Coordinate testing activities (Unit Testing Integration Testing)

• Collaboration in the international project team

Requirements

• Degree in electrical engineering or communications engineering technical computer science or similar

• At least 7 years of professional experience in the embedded SW development (automotive field) in a coordination role

• Experience with automotive embedded systems Autosar CAN / LIN

• Excellent Knowledge of requirements for software development processes according to AGILE / Automotive SPICE / CMMI

• Experience and readiness for international project work

• Good knowledge of English language (spoken and written)

• Ability to work and communicate in projects with higher number of interfaces

• Desirable Functional Safety & Cybersecurity overview (ISO26262 & ISO21434)
