Role purpose:

Strategic and tactical advisory to ensure the business gets the best value from the portfolio of services and applications

Role description:

Act as a platform technical and functional expert

Provide cross-platform consultancy and best practices to global business teams

Represent Arcadis tech in meetings with vendor enterprise team

Collaborate with Arcadis operational teams in adoption pursuits and project delivery

Oversee administration maintenance and enable leverage of project data within CDEs including utilizing AI

Ensure platform knowledge management by reviewing and approving KBAs

Spread knowledge about and drive adoption of best suited applications and platforms for a given task

Strong soft skills ability to prioritize attention to detail problem-solving and communication skills

Effective contract management and (re)negotiation where applicable

Assist with application patches upgrades and enhancements

Track and forecast platform usage

Monitor cloud platform performance and desktop application metrics

Management of Appstore software catalogue

Act as an escalation contact for Level 3 support queries related to platform

Role accountabilities:

Qualifications & Experience:

Selection of platforms/authoring tools

Strong technical knowledge and understanding of the platforms and portfolio

Ability to independently solve problems and accomplish tasks in a logical methodical and time-efficient manner when given high-level tasks or objectives

Very good interpersonal problem-solving skills with the ability to work independently and in a global team

Project management skills with the ability to conduct a project from inception to delivery

Business relationship

Vendor relationship

Knowledge and best practices sharing across the tower

Mentoring of junior team members
