Senior Financial Controlling Specialist (FM)
Job Summary
As part of our Governance & Controlling Team you will play a key role in shaping and digitalizing corporate performance management processes. You will act as the main contact for the system-level implementation of business management concepts and support decision-making through advanced reporting analytics and planning solutions.
Working with SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC) and other performance management tools you will develop dashboards data models and reports that transform complex data into meaningful business insights. You will also contribute to the continuous evolution of our controlling landscape by exploring innovative solutions in analytics planning and automation.
Responsibilities:
Design develop and maintain SAC reports dashboards and KPI visualizations for corporate governance and business steering
Create and maintain data models queries and reporting structures to support financial and management reporting
Drive the implementation and continuous improvement of planning consolidation and reporting solutions
Collaborate with stakeholders across the organization to translate business requirements into analytical and reporting solutions
Take ownership of subprojects and depending on your experience lead cross-functional initiatives related to controlling systems and digitalization
Candidate profile:
University degree in Finance Economics Business Informatics Business Administration or a comparable field
Solid experience in Controlling Corporate Performance Management Financial Reporting or Group Controlling
Hands-on experience with SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC) or similar solutions such as Jedox Anaplan Tagetik Pigment Planning Analytics or Board
Strong analytical mindset with a passion for digitization automation and data-driven decision-making
Excellent communication and presentation skills in English; project management experience is considered an advantage
