SAP Foreign Trade Consultant

• Act as a key interface between business and IT within the Order-to-Cash (O2C) and Source-to-Pay (S2P) processes
• Drive the business value of assigned Foreign Trade (sub-)processes in alignment with the overall global process strategy.
• Define implement and continuously improve global Foreign Trade IT processes including Compliance Export & Import Preference Management and Intrastat.
• Support and execute Foreign Trade deployment activities as part of international SAP rollout and transformation projects.
• Analyze align and implement process changes based on business requirements regulatory changes and cross-functional dependencies.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for business and IT stakeholders ensuring effective communication and collaboration across global regions.
• Facilitate workshops and collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and translate them into standardized process solutions.
• Train coach and support business users in the adoption and implementation of standardized Foreign Trade processes and solutions.
• Drive change management initiatives to ensure successful process adoption within a complex international environment.

Create maintain and continuously update process documentation functional specifications and related project artifacts within the assigned area of responsibility

Qualifications :

• Bachelors in Information Technology Business Administration Industrial Engineering Supply Chain Management Manufacturing or a related field. 
• English B2/C1 proficiency (fluent)
• Experience leading or contributing to IT implementation projects ideally in SAP environments.
• Several years of experience in SAP consulting or industry environments preferably within the Consumer Goods or Retail sectors.
• Experience with SAP Foreign Trade processes acquired through project delivery and/or operational environments.
• Strategic mindset with a strong focus on driving continuous improvement and operational excellence.
• Passion for digital transformation and a shared vision of a flexible efficient and AI-enabled future supply chain.
• Ability and willingness to work in an international environment and travel regularly as required.
• Demonstrated initiative persuasiveness assertiveness and enthusiasm in achieving business objectives.
• Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to effectively manage multiple priorities in complex environments.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to engage stakeholders at all organizational levels.
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within cross-functional and multicultural teams.
• Proactive and results-oriented mindset with a strong willingness to learn adapt take ownership and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
