Job Description

Key responsibilities
Test Planning and Coordination:
- Develop detailed test plans based on program requirements.
- Coordinate test activities across internal teams vendors and business stakeholders.
- Ensure test environments data and tools are prepared and available.
- Ensure alignment with program goals and stakeholder expectations.
Stakeholder Alignment and Coordination:
- Act as the central point of contact for all testing-related activities.
- Collaborate with program managers developers business analysts and stakeholders to ensure seamless communication.
- Regularly update stakeholders on progress risks and mitigation plans.
Test Execution & Monitoring:
- Oversee execution of test cases ensuring adherence to scope and timelines.
- Track progress oversee defect tracking resolution and reporting to ensure quality standards are met and escalate issues promptly.
- Facilitate daily stand-ups or status meetings during the test phase.
- Ensure proper test coverage and adherence to established testing protocols.
Reporting:
- Ensure proper documentation of test plans test cases and test results.
- Provide clear and timely reporting on test progress defects and risks.
- Prepare phase-end summaries and contribute to go/no-go decisions.
Risk Management:
- Identify potential risks and dependencies related to testing activities.
- Develop mitigation plans to address risks proactively.
