What you will be doing:

Developing the ROCKWOOL brand in Romania ensuring that ROCKWOOL solutions and systems are the number one option for architects designers builders and beneficiaries

Maintaining and developing the networking network with influencers architects designers builders etc. relevant to the market segment in which the company operates

Specifying and tracking projects to promote the use of value-added systems

Promoting the brand image for ROCKWOOL to differentiate itself from the competition

Key responsibilities and activities include:

• Managing a network of contacts for specifications such as architects designers and main contractors

• Building and maintaining close relationships with specific clients through regular meetings

• Promoting ROCKWOOL systems and products (GBI ETICS FRI HVAC&FP) training and explaining details specifying products and solutions

• Completing and tracking in CRM all relevant information (contacts projects meetings etc. according to company requirements)

• Collecting market information on future projects and competition activity in compliance with the code of conduct and anti-competition law

• Organizing seminars / webinars / promotional events with architects designers energy auditors and other stakeholders relevant to the activity

• Contributing to the organization and development of the database (CAD BIM files specification texts and formats etc.) to provide a complete solution to help develop project specifications and specifications

• Identifying and finding new projects through networking or databases provided

• Analyzing project requirements/budget and proposing ROCKWOOL solutions in order to implement in the specifications/specifications and/or drawings

• Providing customer support documentation

• Providing support to colleagues for ongoing projects whenever necessary

• Knowledge of the main competitors products and solutions to create differentiation in ROCKWOOL product projects

• Contribution to the development of competitive products following the evaluation of trends identified in the market

• Promoting ROCKWOOL products and solutions to representative organizations (OAR UAR Energy Auditors Acousticians etc.)

What you bring:

• the ability to provide clients with the right solution in the project and to understand the respective requirements and constraints in order to propose relevant solutions

• creating professional relationships with specialists in the field including relationship management in order to gain trust and retain clientsPresentation and communication skills: ability to speak in public in seminars presentations demonstrations etc. presenting specific material in a convincing and coherent manner

• Ablity to make prompt clear decisions considering the consequences of their own actions

• Taking responsibility for actions projects and people as well as for the companys resources

• Languages: Românian and English fluency

• Ability to work in a multilingual environment

• Drivers License

• Degree in architecture or engineering

• 6-10 years of similar work experience

• Extensive knowledge of architectural specifications

• Knowledge of AUTOCAD or other architectural software

• Knowledge of CRM operations

• Negotiation skills

• Advanced prioritization and planning skills
