Job Summary
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Coordination of the consulting and supervision team at each work site;
- Collaboration with all involved parties;
- Review and approval of work progress reports submitted by the Contractor as well as monthly progress reports on contract implementation;
- Distribution of tasks to the Deputy key and secondary experts site managers short-term experts as well as administrative and auxiliary staff;
- Verification of compliance of services with the Terms of Reference;
- Verification and certification of the Contractors monthly and final work reports;
- Monitoring the Contractors compliance with the provisions and/or measures imposed by the designer or authorized bodies;
- Preparation and submission of periodic and final reports as well as any other reports requested by the Beneficiary;
- Inspection of works during the warranty period and preparation of related reports;
- Organization of monthly meetings with the Contractor regarding the progress of the works including timely notification of the Beneficiary preparation of agendas drafting and distribution of minutes to all concerned parties and organization of site visits;
- Review and management of complaints including their classification and filing; providing comments that outline possible scenarios for proper problem definition and resolution and preparing detailed reports for the Contracting Entity for each resolved complaint;
- Assistance to the Contracting Entity in situations arising from inspections or controls carried out by authorized bodies both during execution of works and whenever required;
- Evaluation for acceptance by the Contracting Entity of technical solutions proposed by the Contractor for all systems;
- Analysis of requests related to extensions of the execution period and additional or unforeseen costs including preparation of comprehensive reports with recommendations for the Contracting Entity;
- Preparation of additional contractual documents and management of the financial aspects of the works contract including verification and confirmation of the Contractors cash flow preparation of cost forecasts at completion maintenance of payment records and ensuring proper documentation for audit purposes;
- Verification of compliance with legal provisions including Law no. 10/1995 on quality in construction (as amended) particularly in cases involving changes to documentation or adoption of new technical solutions affecting initial conditions;
- Participation in technological tests for installations equipment and machinery;
- Monitoring the process of obtaining special authorizations required for commissioning installations and equipment (e.g. ISCIR ISU etc.);
- Maintenance of weekly financial and technical records for all approved payment entities; preparation of payment documentation and verification that payments correspond only to duly executed and quality-approved works;
- Organization of contract implementation activities;
- Participation in all work acceptance procedures.
Qualifications :
REQUIRED SKILLS:
- Education: higher education in construction
- Experience: minimum 10 years
- Proficiency in PC operation
- Proficiency in English
- Strong communication skills with the ability to analyze and synthesize information and make decisions
- Integrity and fairness
- Ability to work under pressure and extended working hours
- Sense of responsibility and ability to maintain confidentiality
