Job Summary

The People Services team is a centralised Human Resources shared services function delivering a seamless responsive and high-quality HR support service through the Workday platform.
Reporting to the People Services Manager this role provides first-class HR  administration and employee support across the employee lifecycle. People Services focuses on delivering efficient accurate and customer-focused support for a broad range of HR activities with particular emphasis on employee lifecycle management 
complex case resolution and policy guidance.
As a People Services Specialist you will provide high-quality HR support across a variety of employee lifecycle processes managing complex requests that require analysis investigation critical thinking and collaboration with colleagues and third party providers. You will take ownership of HR cases from initiation through to resolution ensuring an excellent employee experience while maintaining compliance with company policies 
and local legislation. The role also involves providing first-line guidance on HR policies and encouraging the effective use of Workday ServiceNow and self-service tools. This is a part-time position supporting employees across multiple countries with a particular focus on French-speaking employees and stakeholders. The successful candidate will be fluent in French and able to provide high-quality HR support in a multilingual international environment.

Key Responsibilities
Manage complex employee data changes within Workday ensuring accuracy and compliance with local legislation audit requirements and employment terms. 
Independently manage end-to-end employee lifecycle activities ensuring timely processing and delivery of employee documentation. 
Manage HR cases through ServiceNow ensuring timely resolution SLA compliance and excellent customer satisfaction. 
Provide HR support and guidance to French-speaking employees and managers ensuring a consistent and high-quality employee experience.
Ensure a smooth accurate and timely flow of HR information to Payroll Finance and other key stakeholders. 
Provide first-line advice on company policies employee benefits leave of absence and HR processes. 
Audit employee transactions before final approval within Workday identifying and resolving any issues. 
Collaborate with local HR teams on visa and immigration-related matters where applicable. 
Work with third-party providers to resolve complex HR and immigration queries. 
Ensure compliance with GDPR company policies SOX controls and all internal governance requirements. 
Support managers and employees in using Workday and other HR systems promoting self-service wherever possible. 
Identify opportunities for continuous process improvement and contribute to HR operational excellence. 
Contribute to the development and maintenance of HR knowledge articles and self-service documentation. 
Deliver an exceptional customer experience while maintaining accuracy and efficiency. 
Build strong working relationships with HR colleagues Centres of Excellence and business stakeholders across multiple countries.


Qualifications :

Fluent in French (written and spoken) with the ability to confidently support 
employees and stakeholders in a professional HR environment.
Excellent administrative organisational and time management skills. 
Strong customer service focus with outstanding communication skills. 
Ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining exceptional attention to detail. 
Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving skills. 
Proactive adaptable and customer-focused approach. 
Ability to identify opportunities for continuous improvement. 
Strong stakeholder management skills and ability to build trusted working relationships. 
Ability to work independently and manage workload effectively in a fast-paced environment. 
Strong computer literacy and experience using HR systems. 
Excellent written verbal analytical and interpersonal skills. 
Structured organised and results-oriented approach. 
Proven experience applying HR operational processes. 
Knowledge of employment legislation and HR best practice. 
Experience working within a multinational matrix or shared services 
environment is advantageous. 
Ability to take ownership of end-to-end HR processes and deliver high-quality 
outcomes.
Preferred Qualifications
Foundational HR qualification (CIPD or equivalent). 
Experience supporting multiple European countries within a shared services 
environment
