Pavilion Lounge Bartender

POSITION SUMMARY

Deliver the JW Treatment from behind the bar. We are looking for an intuitive professional who mindfully anticipates guest preferences seamlessly turning an ordinary evening into a personalized culinary journey.

Key responsibilities:

• Prepare and serve beverages for guests according to exact brand recipes and standard measuring systems
• Set up the bar clean and maintain all bar units tables and equipment and ensure the area remains flawless throughout the shift
• Prepare fresh garnishes manage the inventory of ice glassware paper supplies and issue open and serve wine/champagne bottles
• Wash soiled glassware clear empty wares from the bar top and tables and properly store items in designated areas
• Handle all payment methods count the starting bank at the beginning of the shift resolve discrepancies and complete cashier reports and closing duties
• Secure all liquors beers wines coolers and storage areas at the end of the shift. Follow all company safety and security policies and procedures
• Welcome and acknowledge all guests according to brand standards anticipate and address their service needs and provide a personalized luxury experience (The JW Treatment)
• Stay updated on new trends micro-local offerings and evolving guest preferences
• Ensure your uniform and personal appearance are pristine maintain the confidentiality of proprietary information and use clear professional language at all times
• Develop positive relationships across hotel departments support the team in reaching common goals and respond appropriately to the concerns of staff and guests alike

Ideal Candidate Profile

We are looking for a passionate bartender who thrives in a luxury environment to elevate the art of the this role you will do more than mix drinks; you will craft enriching moments for our guests whether providing intuitive service behind the main bar or sharing your expertise during vibrant mixology sessions.

Key qualifications and skills:

• Very good English knowledge
• Comprehensive knowledge of classic cocktail recipes premium spirits wine varietals and craft beers. The ability to confidently execute complex mixology techniques and adapt recipes to guest preferences
• Enthusiastic motivated and very dynamic person
• Team player able to work under pressure
• Exceptional organizational skills to manage a meticulous mise en place (prep station) ensuring the bar remains fully stocked immaculately clean and visually appealing throughout high-volume shifts
