As a Food runner you will:
- Greet guests by name with a warm smile maintaining eye contact and professional posture
- Anticipate guest needs before they ask
- Set up stock and maintain work areas. Inspect the cleanliness and presentation of all china glass and silver prior to use
- Efficiently and accurately deliver food and beverages from the kitchen to the guests supporting the waitstaff and ensuring a smooth dining experience
- Maintain the cleanliness of dining areas service stations and kitchen stations throughout the day practicing clean-as-you-go procedures
- Store reusable goods break down stations clean equipment restock items and complete daily cleaning checklists
- Adhere to strict luxury grooming standards
- Develop and maintain positive working relationships with others support the team to reach common goals and listen and respond appropriately to the concerns of other employees
- Follow all company health safety and security policies. Ensure your uniform and personal appearance are clean and professional at all times
