MiddleSenior Java Full Stack Developer

• Develop test and deploy high-quality software solutions with a strong focus on back-end development using Java and Spring (approximately 7080% of the activity) while also contributing to front-end development using .
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze requirements design solutions and implement features that meet business needs.
• Participate in code reviews providing constructive feedback and ensuring adherence to coding standards and best practices.
• Troubleshoot and debug issues and implement fixes to ensure the stability performance and security of applications.
• Stay updated on industry trends and emerging technologies and continuously improve technical skills and knowledge.
• Collaborate closely with the team based in France working with a high level of autonomy especially during the first few months when the selected candidate will be the only team member based in Romania working with the respective team.

Qualifications :

• Middle/Senior level experience in software development.
• Strong understanding of object-oriented programming principles and design patterns.
• Strong experience with Java and Spring with a primary focus on back-end development.
• Good knowledge of .
• Understanding of microservices hexagonal architecture MVC BFF/BFB.
• Experience working with PostgreSQL / SQL.
• Experience with version control systems (e.g. Git) and CI/CD pipelines.
• Knowledge of containerization and orchestration tools like Docker and Kubernetes.
• Familiarity with Agile development methodologies.
• Ability to work independently and with a high level of autonomy.
• Bachelors degree in Computer Science Engineering or a related field.
• Knowledge of Control-M would be considered a plus.
• French knowledge would be considered a plus but is not mandatory.
