Twentoo Consulting is working with a company in the iGaming industry that is seeking to onboard a Korean-speaking Customer Service Executive to join their team remotely.

The role focuses on providing excellent player support through live chat troubleshooting gameplay and account issues and ensuring a smooth gaming experience. The ideal candidate is a native Korean speaker with previous iGaming experience strong written communication skills and a customer-focused approach.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Respond to player enquiries via live chat providing prompt professional and helpful support

• Assist players with gameplay-related issues troubleshoot problems and resolve queries efficiently

• Support players with account and online connectivity issues to ensure uninterrupted platform access

• Investigate player concerns and verify account details gameplay information and relevant records

• Maintain high customer service standards and deliver a positive player experience

• Escalate complex issues to the relevant teams when necessary

REQUIREMENTS:

• Native-level Korean language skills

• Good written and verbal English communication skills

• Previous experience in the iGaming industry

• Excellent written communication skills particularly for live chat support

• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail

• Customer-focused attitude and ability to work independently in a fully remote environment

• Availability to work rotating shifts covering a 24/7 operation
