What will you be doing as an HR Operations & Payroll Specialist with German

The core focus of this role is to supports local German HR teams by assisting with payroll preparation ensuring legal compliance for hiring and terminations and providing pivotal employee relations support. This role streamlines HR processes maintains employee data and administers local employee benefits.

This should be completed through the following activities:

Responsibilities:

• Managingmonthly payroll processes including reviewing correcting and approving results as well as controlling financial and bank files.
• PerformingHR data entry for hiring terminations and HR changes.
• Resolvingemployee queries related to HR Ops and Payroll processes.
• Administeringlocal employee benefits and managing yearly enrollment.
• Preparingandmaintainingemployment documentation (contracts addendum letters verification letters and employee files).

What you can bring to the role:

• Min 2-3 years of German HR Operations and Payroll experience
• Proficient knowledge of Germany payroll and labor legislation
• Fluent German and English command
• SuccessFactors user knowledge is an advantage
• Proficient knowledge of Excel
• Timely and Accurate strong administration skills
