Your future role

Take on a new challenge and apply your curiosity and learning drive in a new cutting-edge field andwork alongside young motivated united and funny teammates.

Youll be responsible for monitoring checking and performing financial analysis for Alstoms projects to ensure mitigation of market risk and volatility of international operations due to Forex fluctuation.

Well look to you for:

  • Prepares Expense Summary packs at site level by BC Subdivisions for Actuals Forecast;
  • Creates new hedges in ATweb;
  • Checks documentation before creating new hedges(including non project related charges: group fees bids costs etc.);
  • Checks SO/Pos if the hedge rates are updated and unhedget items over a threshold- follow up with Project Controllers;
  • Performs Rollovers/Early settlements inputs and follow up with Controlling on the schedule plan;
  • Prepares recurrent analysis on the Realized Cash flow;
  • Performs the Spot booking in Atweb/Bank reconciliation after rollovers/Early settlements;
  • Checks the Monetary items for the unhedged items;
  • Ensure Exposures are uploaded in the Hedging tool (Atweb);
  • Performs investigations for Spot effect identification;
  • Performs the reconciliations of projects (SAP vs Atweb);
  • GSI functionalitiy/setting issues- investigations (tickets testing) with impact in P&L;
  • Audit requests;
  • Ad hoc requests.

  • Degree in Finance or Business;
  • Minimum 5 years solid finance experience;
  • Previous record to report order to cash experience is a plus;
  • Understanding and experience of complex multi-national organizations;
  • Good general business understanding;
  • Experience in Finance processes and systems;
  • Strong critical thinking problem solving and interpersonal skills;
  • Excellent time management and organizational ability;
  • Positive and proactive attitude with resilience under pressure.
