Global Intercompany Analyst

We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Global Intercompany Analyst to join our Global Intercompany Center of Excellence (COE) this role you will serve as a strategic individual contributor. Youll deliver advanced financial insights validate key assumptions and communicate outcomes and recommendations to senior stakeholders. This position requires a deep understanding of financial drivers (specific to Intercompany process overall) excellent analytical skills exceptional communication and the ability to manage the assigned tasks with clarity and purpose.

Key Responsibilities:

Financial Leadership & Reporting

• Provide expert financial guidance to the Intercompany COE and collaborate with broader controllership teams
• Prepare and deliver internal management reports covering monthly quarterly and annual financial results
• Draft insightful commentaries for senior leadership to support strategic decision-making

Intercompany Analysis & Reconciliation

• Conduct detailed analysis and reconciliation of intercompany balances across multiple legal entities

• Ensure accuracy and consistency in financial data across global operations

Process Ownership & Optimization

• Lead end-to-end ownership of intercompany invoicing and settlement processes

• Lead end-to-end ownership of Kyriba processes

• Serve as the subject matter expert for Oracle AGIS driving system efficiency and best practices

• Identify and implement continuous improvement initiatives across Finance operations in collaboration with internal and external stakeholders

Stakeholder Engagement

• Build and nurture strong relationships with key contacts across the organization

• Facilitate cross-functional collaboration to ensure alignment and execution of financial strategies
