German Speaking Customer Support Specialist

Fluent in German and looking for a stable weekend-free corporate role Join Atain Romania as a Customer Support Specialist and work in a dynamic international team with a balanced hybrid schedule.

What we offer

• Total net salary: 5969 RON net/month (5569 RON base 400 RON monthly hybrid allowance)
• Meal vouchers: 25 RON per worked day (Pluxee Card)
• Performance bonuses based on CSAT and service quality

• Schedule: Monday to Friday 09:00-18:00 weekends off (rare weekend work or overtime carries a 25% premium)
• Contract: full-time permanent with multiple start dates available
• Paid training: 1 week (Monday to Friday 10:00-17:00)

Work model

• Hybrid: 3 days on-site (office in District 4 Bucharest) and 2 days remote

Your responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality customer support by phone email and live chat
• Document customer interactions accurately in CRM tools
• Collaborate with internal teams and escalate complex technical or service issues appropriately
• Identify and pursue cross-selling and upselling opportunities during interactions

What were looking for

• German: C1-C2 spoken and written
• English: minimum B2 for internal team communication
• Strong communication active listening and computer literacy (MS Office)
• CRM experience
• A proactive empathetic patient solution-oriented team player
• Ability to commute to the District 4 office 3 days a week
