As a German-Speaking Customer Support Agent you will:

• Provide professional customer support in German via inbound phone chat and email
• Assist customers with product and service inquiries
• Resolve customer inquiries efficiently while maintaining high service quality
• Follow established processes procedures and scripts
• Maintain a positive helpful and customer-focused approach

• Fluent or native-level German
• English B2 level or higher
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Customer-focused and solution-oriented mindset
• Ability to work in a structured and fast-paced environment
• Willingness to relocate to and work onsite in Athens Greece
