German-Speaking Customer Care Consultant – Bucharest, Romania
Job Summary
Work from home in Romania using your German every day. Base Salary 7500 RON (1500-euro )/month (gross).
Day to day you will be customer Care consultant role with a confidential international mobility and payment solutions provider supporting business clients drivers fuel stations and partners across europe with account transaction and operational enquiries. Model: Initial on-site training remote/hybrid possible afterwards (performance dependant & not granted / guaranteed by default!). ADDITIONAL INFO on remote if approved: And as a Side note whenever remote is allowed we have a work from everywhere policy meaning that they can go home for some months and work from a different country and then they need to comeback sooner than 180 days. Location: Bucharest Romania languages: German C1/C2 English C1 salary: 7500 RON gross allowances bonuses and signing/relocation support Start: 21 September in short: German Customer and support Mobility & Payments B2B Support Phone & Email Bucharest.

The package covers performance Bonuses: after 3 months: up to 500 RON Gross (up to 100 Euro Gross) after 12 months: up to 750 RON Gross (up to 150 Euro Gross) after 24 months: up 1250 RON Gross transportation Allowance: 120 RON net/ month (25-euro net) meal Tickets: 700 RON/month (35 ron x 20 working days) (140-euro net) and signing Bonus: 3000 EUR Gross (paid in 6 installments of 500-euro gross x month).

- Available to start training on 21 September (Training: 4 weeks starting 21 September)
- Available for four weeks of on-site training
- Comfortable working with multiple systems
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Customer service experience preferred
- Preferably located in Bucharest and with legal right to work in Romania
