General Ledger with Spanish

General Ledger activities:

Prepare and post journal entries including accruals prepayments provisions and adjustments;

Perform balance sheet account reconciliations investigate discrepancies and follow up on outstanding items;

Complete month-end quarter-end and year-end closing activities within agreed timelines;

Maintain the general ledger and ensure transactions are accurate complete and properly supported;

Support fixed asset accounting including additions disposals and depreciation as required;

Prepare financial reports and explain significant account movements and variances;

Collaborate with Accounts Payable Accounts Receivable Controlling and local finance teams to resolve accounting issues;

Provide documentation and explanations for internal and external audits;

Follow internal controls accounting policies and applicable reporting requirements;

Maintain process documentation and contribute to knowledge transfer process improvements and backup coverage;

Monitor assigned activities against agreed service levels and escalate issues promptly.

Qualifications :

Accounting knowledge: Experience in General Ledger (RTR) minimum 2 years;

Fluency in Spanish language (minimum B2 level) and good command of English is a must;

High attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines;

Strong communication and problem-solving skills;

Able to build and maintain effective and productive relationships with staff stakeholders and suppliers;

Good team player;

Able to manage time effectively prioritize tasks and achieve set targets;

Ability to pick up new tasks quickly;

MS Office and SAP(ERP) preferred experience.
