Freelance Influencer Marketing Specialist – Romania

Our Influencer & Client Relations team connects leading creators with global brands to deliver outstanding campaigns across markets and social media platforms.

We are looking for an experienced Romania-focused Influencer Marketing Specialist who will manage local client relationships collaborate closely with Romanian influencers and ensure the successful delivery of campaigns from initial concept to final reporting.

• Managing relationships with Romanian clients brands and media agencies.

• Acting as the main point of contact throughout the entire campaign lifecycle.

• Identifying and recommending Romanian influencers who match each clients objectives audience and brand identity.

• Reaching out to influencers negotiating terms coordinating deliverables and guiding creators through campaigns.

• Building and maintaining long-term relationships with influencers and industry partners in Romania.

• Developing creative campaign concepts and contributing local market insights to client proposals.

• Coordinating influencer marketing campaigns across platforms such as Instagram TikTok YouTube Facebook and other relevant channels.

• Monitoring campaign execution resolving issues and ensuring that deadlines and quality standards are met.

• Supporting clients and influencers during events activations or on-site productions in Romania when required.

• Preparing campaign summaries performance reports and actionable recommendations for clients.

• Keeping up with Romanian social media trends emerging creators platform developments and cultural insights.

• Native Romanian speaker with excellent knowledge of the Romanian market and culture.

• Fluent English at least C1 level.

• Proven experience in influencer marketing client service account management digital marketing or a related field.

• Strong understanding of the Romanian influencer landscape and social media ecosystem.

• Confidence in managing clients creators negotiations deadlines and multiple campaigns independently.

• Excellent communication relationship-building and problem-solving skills.

• A proactive responsible and results-oriented approach.

• Creativity and the ability to translate client objectives into relevant influencer campaigns.

• Availability to support selected events or campaign activations in Romania when necessary.

• Ability to work remotely on a freelance basis.

• An established professional network among Romanian influencers talent managers agencies or content creators.

• Experience working with international brands or media agencies.

• Experience coordinating events influencer trips brand activations or content productions.

• Familiarity with campaign analytics reporting tools and influencer marketing platforms.

• Flexible freelance cooperation and remote working arrangements.
