As an Financial reporting & accounting specialist you will play an important role within our Finance Shared Services Centre supporting Record-to-Report activities across General Ledger Treasury and Fixed Assets accounting.
You will contribute to the accuracy integrity and reliability of financial information by performing accounting activities reconciliations financial controls and month-end close processes. Working closely with Finance teams and stakeholders across the organisation you will help ensure compliance with internal policies accounting standards and audit requirements.

- Prepare record and review accounting entries.
- Perform account reconciliations justifications and account clearing activities.
- Analyse variances investigate discrepancies and resolve accounting issues.
- Participate in monthly quarterly and annual closing activities including cut-off procedures controls and reporting.
- Ensure the accuracy and consistency of General Ledger accounts.
- Prepare supporting documentation for internal and external audits.
- Apply internal controls Group procedures and accounting standards.
- Monitor daily cash positions and bank transactions.
- Perform bank reconciliations and analyse discrepancies.
- Record and review treasury-related accounting entries.
- Analyse and substantiate bank account balances.
- Support month-end closing activities related to treasury.
- Ensure the reliability and security of cash flows and compliance with internal controls.
- Collaborate with Finance and Treasury teams to resolve issues.
- Prepare supporting documentation and audit files relating to treasury activities.
- Record asset acquisitions and ensure appropriate capitalisation of eligible expenditure.
- Manage the full asset lifecycle including transfers disposals and write-offs.
- Calculate and post depreciation in accordance with accounting policies.
- Reconcile the Fixed Assets sub-ledger with the General Ledger.
- Analyse and justify fixed asset balances.
- Support fixed asset inventory processes.
- Participate in fixed asset-related closing activities.
- Prepare supporting documentation for audits and financial reviews.
- Ensure compliance with Group accounting policies and relevant accounting standards.
- Strong understanding of accounting principles across General Ledger Treasury and Fixed Assets accounting.
- Experience with account reconciliations and balance sheet analysis.
- Knowledge of financial close processes and audit requirements.
- Understanding of cash management and treasury operations.
- Knowledge of capitalisation depreciation and fixed asset accounting principles.
- Ability to analyse financial data and identify discrepancies.
- Good command of Microsoft Excel and other Microsoft Office applications.
- Experience working with ERP systems and financial applications is advantageous.
- Excellent attention to detail accuracy and analytical thinking.

- Bachelors degree in Accounting Finance Economics Business Administration or a related field.
- Previous experience in General Ledger accounting Treasury accounting Fixed Assets accounting or Record-to-Report activities.
- Experience performing reconciliations financial analysis and month-end close activities.
- Experience working within a Shared Services Centre environment is advantageous.
- Exposure to international or multinational organisations is considered a plus.
- Experience supporting audits and compliance activities is desirable.
- French: Minimum B2 level required.
- English proficiency is required due to regular interaction with international stakeholders and Group functions.
