Data Scientist AI

This position focuses on developing advanced analytics and AI solutions that create measurable business impact across the organization. The person will work on real-world industrial use cases especially in areas such as manufacturing engineering and operations translating business challenges into data-driven solutions and models that support decision-making process optimization and new capabilities.

Role description:

Develop and implement data science and AI models for industrial use cases

Translate business problems into analytical approaches and practical solutions

Perform data exploration data preparation and feature engineering

Work closely with Data Engineers to ensure data availability and usability

Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand needs and ensure business relevance

Support the deployment of models into production environments

Monitor and improve model performance over time

Contribute to the development of scalable AI capabilities and best practices

Communicate results insights and recommendations in a clear and business-oriented way

Support decision-making process optimization and the development of new business capabilities through data and AI solutions

Qualifications:

Degree in Data Science Mathematics Computer Science Engineering or a related field

Several years of experience in data science machine learning or applied analytics

Strong programming skills especially Python and SQL

Experience with machine learning and statistical modeling

Familiarity with industrial or operational data is considered a strong advantage

Experience with model deployment and MLOps concepts is beneficial

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

Ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams

Strong communication skills and good business understanding
