Customer Service Representative – Romanian & English

Join the customer service team of a leading international insurance company in this role you will assist Romanian-speaking customers and insurance brokers providing clear information about insurance products and helping resolve enquiries in a professional and timely manner.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer support in Romanian and English via phone and email.

• Answer questions about insurance products policy terms and coverage.

• Assist customers with policy-related requests including cancellations.

• Support insurance brokers by responding to their enquiries and directing them to the appropriate information.

• Handle customer requests efficiently and provide suitable solutions.

• Use digital tools and internal platforms to manage customer interactions.

• Follow established procedures and maintain high standards of customer service.

Requirements

• Romanian at C2 level and English at B2 level or above.

• Previous experience in insurance customer service.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

• Customer-oriented approach and professional attitude.

• Good problem-solving skills.

• Confidence using digital tools and multiple platforms.

• Ability to work in a dynamic international environment.

Location: Lisbon Portugal
Work model: On-site
Schedule: Monday to Friday rotating shifts between 07:30 and 20:00
Salary and Benefits

• 920 gross per month paid in 14 installments per year (approximately 1073 gross per month when averaged over 12 months).
