Claims Analyst

• Review the requests for indemnity for accuracy completeness and eligibility;
• Check the coverage rules and supporting documents;
• Permanent communication with policyholders regarding the indemnity and debt collection procedures;
• Pro-actively and upon requests communication with customers related to claims files;
• Daily monitoring of claims files with debt collection agencies;
• Investigates discrepancies missing information or possible fraud;
• Attending the meetings with customers;
• Preparation of relevant reports upon requests.

Qualifications :

• At least 2 year experience in a similar position;
• Legal or economic education;
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Office Outlook Internet;
• Very good command of English (advanced level);
• Strong analytical problem solving and communication skills;
• Very good organizing skills and detail-oriented;
• Good negotiation skills;
• Ability to write reports to summarize and clarify information;
• Attention to detail and comfort working with data records and software tools;
• Empathy and responsiveness;
• Flexibility in thinking.
